John and I installed a solar panel on our storage house this past year. We charge batteries and other items on the system. We decided to take the jump and order a system that would move our home off the grid. It has arrived. We have been buying from Backwoods Solar and with their technical assistance, we were able to put together a system that should meet our needs. We will be installing it soon and are looking forward to knowing our power is coming from the sun. We will be having a few work party days when we get to the point of installing.
