Meet Kathryn Parker
Back in 1990, Kathryn Parker was sailing with her husband on their 40′ sloop Nightrainbow, reading, “Diet for a New America” by John Robbins. Because she was so moved, she became a Vegan and raised her baby daughter a Vegan. She went back to meat-eating several years later, but seven years ago, she was inspired to try Raw Veganism.
Kathryn’s focus with food has always been on optimal health. She has been greatly guided by the Medical Medium lifestyle to heal chronic health issues, which brought her back to Veganism. This time, an ethical Vegan.
She is a fabulous, passionate cook, and an educator with experience guiding people to begin a healthy way of life, both physically and spiritually. Kathryn likes to connect people through Vegan options. Her friends and her AirBnB guests benefit from her healthy cooking.
