Our Eating Consciously group did a survey awhile ago asking if there was a demand for prepared vegan meals in our community. The answer was Absolutely!
Cup and Saucer has since added delicious plant-based meals to their menu and they are a favorite spot for me when I am looking for a meal in Brevard.
We wanted to share another opportunity we have learned about. Whistlestop Market is offering a locally prepared vegan or vegetarian Wellington for the holidays. We have put our order in for a vegan version with the vegan gravy. We will be sharing it during our Thanksgiving day potluck at the Canteen.
